The Cudy POE200H is a 2.5Gbps PoE injector designed for installers and network administrators who need to power PoE devices — such as IP cameras, access points, and VoIP phones — without replacing their existing switch. Plug your network cable into the DATA/IN port and connect the PoE/OUT port to your device: the injector combines data and up to 30W of power over a single Cat. 5e or higher cable, reaching up to 100 metres at both Gigabit and 2.5 Gbps speeds. IEEE 802.3at/af compliance ensures broad compatibility with standard PoE devices, while built-in surge protection and ESD protection safeguard connected equipment. The compact plastic housing supports both desktop and wall-mount installation, keeping it tidy in any rack room or ceiling void.

Tech products are dispatched from our warehouse within up to 5 working days. Once handed over to the courier, delivery typically takes an additional 2–3 working days. Total estimated lead time from order placement is 5–7 working days.

24-Month Warranty

Products have a 24-month Supplier Warranty. Return requests CANNOT be logged via the BuyAlot returns portal. They must be returned via the BUYALOT TECH Returns portal.

1. Customer Repair Order (returning a faulty unit)

  • Note, if the fault description provided is not detailed then your CRO may be rejected
  • Our technician validates the information on the CRO and checks the warranty status. Should the item be out of warranty they will contact you and advise accordingly
  • Once verified, the technician will complete the CRO and mail you
  • Note, no RMAs will be accepted with CROs
  • When the CRO is returned to BuyAlot, technical will check physical stock vs the CRO and verify that all details are correct. With this, they will check for any physically damaged items.
  • Note, should the stock be damaged in any way, we will not accept the CRO
  • A technician will contact you before turning the courier away to ascertain if damage could have been with the courier
  • BuyAlot will only accept items that were listed on the corresponding CRO
  • Our technician will try and replicate the fault that you described
  • Note, If the fault cannot be replicated, you will be notified and queried on the fault. Should no fault be found the CRO will be completed and stock made available for collection or return
  • If the fault is replicated by our technicians, then the unit will be repaired or swapped out
  • Note, credits will only be allocated to you in the event that unit cannot be repaired and that there is no available replacement stock
  • Once the technicians have completed the above steps, the CRO will be marked as complete and stock made available for collection or returned with next order.

2. Return Merchandise(returning sealed stock only)

  • Customers must first contact their BuyAlot sales rep to understand if they are eligible to return any merchandise
  • Note, only sealed stock in resellable condition will be considered for RMA (e.g. no alterations made, no tags added to packaging, et cetera)
  • Once you have spoken to your BuyAlot sales rep and they have agreed to consider your RMA, they will lodge the request on behalf of you, and provide you with the full RMA Terms & Conditions.
