Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy outlines the procedures, timelines, and services related to the shipping of your order from BuyAlot.

Shipping Management and Couriers

  • Delivery Management: BuyAlot uses Bob Go Shipping as our dedicated delivery management platform to ensure efficient and reliable processing of your orders.

  • Primary Couriers: We partner with trusted, reliable couriers, primarily FastWay and The Courier Guy, to deliver your package safely to your door.

Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Order Dispatch Time: Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to prepare it for dispatch. Most orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 to 5 working days of the order being placed.

  • Working Days: Please note that working days exclude weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. The total delivery time is a combination of the dispatch time and the courier handling time.

Stage Estimated Timeframe Notes
Dispatch (From order date to collection) 2 - 5 working days Time taken for BuyAlot to process and package the order.
Courier Transit (From collection to delivery) 1 - 3 working days Time taken by the courier to move and deliver the parcel.
Total Estimated Delivery Up to 8 working days Your order should be delivered to your door no later than 8 working days from the date of placing your order.

Please Note: While we strive to meet these deadlines, delivery times are estimates. Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, courier volume spikes) may occasionally cause minor delays.

Tracking and Communication

  • Tracking Updates: All official communication and updates regarding your parcel's movement will be provided by the Bob Go Shipping team.

  • Milestones You'll Be Notified About: You will receive updates at the following key stages:

    • Collection: When the courier has collected the parcel from BuyAlot.

    • In Transit: As the parcel moves through the courier network.

    • Out for Delivery: When the parcel has been assigned to a driver for final delivery on that day.

    • Delivered: Confirmation that your package has been successfully delivered.
